The CALSAGA Charitable Foundation was formed to assist CALSAGA member companies and their employees who suffer causalities as well as to provide financial assistance for educational endeavors. We support the pursuit of higher education and encourage members and their employees to complete a degree or certificate program that can enhance their performance in their current role or prepare them to take on greater responsibilities. To this end, we are pleased to provide Scholarships in the form of a contribution toward the cost of approved courses of study.
To qualify for the scholarship, you must be an employee of a CALSAGA member (who has been employed for at least 12 months). The children and/or dependents of any security industry employee are also eligible to apply if they are unmarried and under the age of 20. Recipients will be selected, and awards made based on several factors including scholastic achievements, community involvement, and an essay and with CALSAGA Charitable Foundation Board of Director approval.
Annual scholarship amount will be limited to no more than $500 per individual.
